The Annual Service Plan
Each SELPA is required by the California Department of Education to develop an Annual Service Plan which delineates the services provided by each district and the Tulare County Office of Education, including the nature of the services and the physical location at which the services will be provided. The description is to demonstrate that all individuals with exceptional needs have access to services and instruction appropriate to meet their needs as specified in their individualized educational programs.
